Jacob Veit Mueller's interest in music began as a child, he built his first string instrument when he was 13 years old. Jacob interned with violin maker Edward Curts, from Kingston NY, over a span of 4 years. He then spent a year in the Netherlands, attending college, specializing in wood crafts. When he returned to New York his continued interest in violin making brought him to the North Bennet Street School in Boston. After completing his education Jacob moved to Berlin to work and intern with Violin maker Andreas Kaegi.
